I recently had a surprise birthday party and our bartender, Kevin, was not only courteous and on-
time but due to his professionalism and great personality every guest had a wonderful time. Kevin
went above and beyond expectations to ensure our party was a success. An example of this
was when he proactively noticed guests getting cold due to the location of the party and not only
recommended we start a fire in the fire-pit but he prepared and started the fire himself. I would

everything together. Everyone loved him! The best part about him was that even though we were
limited on alcohol selections, he was able to mix up what we had to make wonderful drinks. It

getting the set up started. I just showed him where I had everything and he took charge from
there. There was limited space and he improvised well. The guest loved having a bartender and

enjoying himself as well. He asked what I needed him to put away since there were still people
drinking. Kevin was a great addition to the party and definitely made the party complete.
